Since the Ministry of Defence launched its Smart Procurement Initiative (SPI) in 1997 Iconoclast has worked formatively and successfully to establish win-win relationships between the MoD and industry partners. Exacting preparation and discussion is the key to the common agreement upon which successful partnering is based and Iconoclast offers support and practical assistance through every stage of its customers' partnering activity, from initial team building to drafting and management of the agreement.
